🍳 No-cook Berry Ice Cream with Mint

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 50 ml oat drink (oat milk)
- 0.5 vanilla pod
- 50 g blackberries (frozen)
- 50 g blueberries (frozen)
- 50 g blueberries (fresh)
- mint (for decoration)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Put everything into a freezer-safe bag and place it in the freezer for at least four hours.
- 2. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Put the frozen banana slices, oat milk, vanilla seeds, and frozen berries into a powerful blender. Puree everything into a creamy mass and add a little more liquid if needed.
- 3. Wash the blueberries and some mint leaves and dry them well. Spoon the ice cream into two glasses, decorate with fresh blueberries and mint leaves, and serve immediately.
