🥤 Fruity Berry Melon Skyr Smoothie

Ingredients
- 200 g watermelon flesh
- 100 g strawberries
- 200 g Skyr
- 200 ml coconut water
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 15 g melting flakes (1 tbsp; or fine oat flakes)
- 30 g cashew nuts (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon flesh into small cubes. Hull the berries, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into small pieces as well.
- 2. Place the melon pieces, strawberries, skyr, coconut water, vanilla, melting flakes, and cashew nuts into a stand blender. Puree the mixture until it is smooth and fine.
