🍰 Fruity Berry Yogurt Layers

Ingredients
- 0.5 lime
- 300 g mixed berries (e.g. blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, redcurrants)
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- 1 small vanilla pod
- 400 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 30 g sunflower seeds (2 tbsp)
- 30 g pumpkin seeds (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lime in half and rinse it under hot water. Pat it dry and finely grate the zest. Then squeeze the lime.
- 2. Pick through the berries, wash them and place them in a bowl. Mix in 1 teaspoon of lime zest and 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
- 3. Sweeten to taste with sweetener. Place half of the berries into four glasses.
- 4. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Stir the seeds into the yogurt and spread half of it over the berries.
- 5. Place the remaining berries and yogurt in a tall container. Puree the mixture finely with a hand blender. Spread the puree over the glasses.
- 6. Lightly toast the sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a pan without oil. Let them cool, sprinkle them over the dessert and serve.
