  1. 1. Cut the lime in half and rinse it under hot water. Pat it dry and finely grate the zest. Then squeeze the lime.
  2. 2. Pick through the berries, wash them and place them in a bowl. Mix in 1 teaspoon of lime zest and 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
  3. 3. Sweeten to taste with sweetener. Place half of the berries into four glasses.
  4. 4. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Stir the seeds into the yogurt and spread half of it over the berries.
  5. 5. Place the remaining berries and yogurt in a tall container. Puree the mixture finely with a hand blender. Spread the puree over the glasses.
  6. 6. Lightly toast the sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a pan without oil. Let them cool, sprinkle them over the dessert and serve.
