🥤 Refreshing Berry Bowl with Wine and Sparkling Wine

Ingredients
- 1 bottle cold sparkling wine
- 1 bottle white wine
- 80 ml Grand Marnier
- blackcurrants (250 g each)
- raspberries (250 g each)
- 0.25 cucumber
- 1 lemon (unwaxed)
- 4 mint sprigs
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove hard stems or unripe parts from the berries.
- 3. Wash the cucumber under running water.
- 4. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 5. Wash the lemon under hot water.
- 6. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
- 7. Place the prepared berries into a large bowl.
- 8. Add the cucumber slices to the bowl.
- 9. Add the lemon slices to the bowl.
- 10. Add the mint to the bowl.
- 11. Drizzle the ingredients with Grand Marnier.
- 12. Pour the white wine over the mixture.
- 13. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for four hours.
- 14. Gently stir the sparkling wine into the mixture just before serving.
- 15. Serve the bowl chilled immediately.
