🍰 Light Apple Yogurt Cup Cakes

Ingredients
- 200 g unsweetened applesauce (approx. 2 small cups)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp yogurt (1.5% fat) (20 g each)
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 50 g whole wheat flour (approx. 1 small cup)
- 50 g fine oat flakes (approx. 1 small cup)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Put half of the applesauce into a bowl.
- 2. Add the egg, the yogurt, and the rapeseed oil.
- 3. Stir the ingredients vigorously until a smooth mixture forms.
- 4. Take a second bowl and add the whole wheat flour.
- 5. Add the oat flakes, the baking powder, and the cinnamon.
- 6. Mix the dry ingredients well in the second bowl.
- 7. Gently fold the dry mixture into the liquid batter.
- 8. Divide the finished batter evenly into two small, ovenproof ramekins.
- 9. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
- 11. Bake the cakes for about 20 minutes.
- 12. Check the cooking time with a wooden skewer, which must come out dry.
- 13. Remove the cakes from the oven.
- 14. Let them cool briefly.
- 15. Serve the cakes with the remaining applesauce.
