  2. 2. Add the egg, the yogurt, and the rapeseed oil.
  3. 3. Stir the ingredients vigorously until a smooth mixture forms.
  4. 4. Take a second bowl and add the whole wheat flour.
  5. 5. Add the oat flakes, the baking powder, and the cinnamon.
  6. 6. Mix the dry ingredients well in the second bowl.
  7. 7. Gently fold the dry mixture into the liquid batter.
  8. 8. Divide the finished batter evenly into two small, ovenproof ramekins.
  9. 9. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
  11. 11. Bake the cakes for about 20 minutes.
  12. 12. Check the cooking time with a wooden skewer, which must come out dry.
  13. 13. Remove the cakes from the oven.
  14. 14. Let them cool briefly.
  15. 15. Serve the cakes with the remaining applesauce.
