  4. 4. Squeeze the grated potatoes dry using a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Mash the soaked bread rolls into the bowl.
  6. 6. Mix the dry raw potatoes, the mashed rolls, and the pre-cooked potatoes well together.
  7. 7. Season the potato mixture with salt.
  8. 8. Wet your hands with water.
  9. 9. Shape dumplings from the mixture using your damp hands.
  10. 10. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add salt.
  11. 11. Place the dumplings into the boiling, salted water.
  12. 12. Cook the dumplings for about 15 minutes until they float to the top.
