🍽️ Bavarian Chorizo Burger

Ingredients
- 1 handful arugula
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 400 g chorizo
- 4 pretzel rolls
- 4 tbsp sandwich cream (or mayonnaise)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 2. Remove damaged leaves and dry the greens well.
- 3. Peel the onions.
- 4. Slice the onions into thin rings.
- 5. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- 6. Fry the onion rings until golden brown.
- 7. Turn the onions.
- 8. Fry the other side until golden brown as well.
- 9. Remove the onions from the pan.
- 10. Keep the onions warm.
- 11. Slice the chorizo diagonally.
- 12. Fry the chorizo slices in the remaining oil in the pan.
- 13. Fry the chorizo on both sides.
- 14. Cut the pretzel buns in half.
- 15. Place some arugula on the bottom bun halves.
- 16. Spread one tablespoon of sandwich cream on each bottom half.
- 17. Distribute the fried chorizo slices on top.
- 18. Add the warm onions on top.
- 19. Place the top bun halves on.
- 20. Serve the burger.
