  1. 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
  2. 2. Remove damaged leaves and dry the greens well.
  3. 3. Peel the onions.
  4. 4. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  5. 5. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  6. 6. Fry the onion rings until golden brown.
  7. 7. Turn the onions.
  8. 8. Fry the other side until golden brown as well.
  9. 9. Remove the onions from the pan.
  10. 10. Keep the onions warm.
  11. 11. Slice the chorizo diagonally.
  12. 12. Fry the chorizo slices in the remaining oil in the pan.
  13. 13. Fry the chorizo on both sides.
  14. 14. Cut the pretzel buns in half.
  15. 15. Place some arugula on the bottom bun halves.
  16. 16. Spread one tablespoon of sandwich cream on each bottom half.
  17. 17. Distribute the fried chorizo slices on top.
  18. 18. Add the warm onions on top.
  19. 19. Place the top bun halves on.
  20. 20. Serve the burger.
