Ingredients
- 2 red apples
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 tsp honey
- 500 g yogurt alternative from soy (or almonds)
- 150 g almond meal (-flakes)
- 4 tsp golden flaxseeds (à 5 g)
- 4 tbsp cashew nuts (à 15 g)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples, wash them, halve them, remove the cores, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Place the apple pieces in a pot with cinnamon and honey and simmer them over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until soft.
- 2. Mix the yogurt with 100 grams of almond flour and 3 teaspoons of flaxseeds. Divide the mixture onto 4 plates, arrange the warm apple pieces on top, and sprinkle the dish with cashew nuts as well as the remaining almond flour and flaxseeds.
