  2. 2. Steam the unpeeled potatoes for about 30 minutes until they are soft.
  3. 3. Peel the warm potatoes.
  4. 4. Press the potatoes through a potato ricer into a bowl.
  5. 5. Let the potato mixture cool down briefly so that the steam can escape.
  6. 6. Finely chop one clove of garlic.
  7. 7. Finely chop fresh basil.
  8. 8. Add the chopped garlic, chopped basil, Creme Fraîche, and lemon juice to the potato mixture.
  9. 9. Mix all ingredients well together.
  10. 10. Gradually stir in olive oil into the mixture.
  11. 11. Continue stirring until the cream is smooth and creamy.
  12. 12. Finally season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
