🍽️ Garlic Basil Pesto

Ingredients
- 3 bunches basil
- 3 tbsp pine nuts (roasted without fat)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 40 g parmesan
- 40 g pecorino
- 150 ml olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Put the basil, pine nuts, garlic, and oil in a pot.
- 2. Blend the ingredients finely using a hand blender.
- 3. Add the salt and grated cheese gradually.
- 4. Season the pesto with pepper at the end.
- 5. Crush the basil, pine nuts, and garlic in a large mortar.
- 6. Work in the salt and cheese gradually.
- 7. Stir in the oil spoonful by spoonful.
- 8. Season with pepper.
- 9. Fill the pesto into a jar as desired.
- 10. Cover it with a little olive oil and seal it.
- 11. It keeps in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 weeks.
