  1. 1. Wash the radicchio, cut it in half, and remove the hard bottom part. Then slice the vegetable into thin strips.
  2. 2. Peel the onions and slice them into thin strips. Toast the pine nuts in a hot, dry pan until golden brown. Remove them and let them cool on a plate.
  3. 3. Cut the turkey salmon ham into strips about 1 centimeter wide. Cook the band noodles in plenty of salted water for the time specified on the package until they are firm to the bite.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion strips over medium heat for 4 minutes until soft but not brown. Then add the radicchio and sauté it for 1 minute.
  5. 5. Pour the white wine into the pan and let it reduce completely for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the soy cream sauce to the pan and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Add the turkey salmon ham strips and let everything cook for 1 more minute. Squeeze the lemon. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
  8. 8. Drain the noodles in a colander and mix them with the sauce. Serve the dish sprinkled with the toasted pine nuts.
