  1. 1. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and slice it lengthwise into thin slices using a peeler or vegetable slicer.
  2. 2. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water with 1 tbsp of oil according to package instructions until al dente. Add the zucchini strips in the last 2 minutes and cook them along with the noodles.
  3. 3. Drain the noodles and zucchini in a colander.
  4. 4. In the meantime, cut the meat into bite-sized strips, season with salt and pepper, and fry it in the remaining oil for about 3 minutes until browned on all sides.
  5. 5. Remove the meat and set it aside, covered.
  6. 6. Deglaze the pan with wine, stir in the granulated broth, and let the liquid evaporate almost completely. Then stir in crème fraîche and lemon juice, season well with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, and mix in the thyme.
  7. 7. Mix the noodles, meat, and sauce, and serve on plates.
