  1. 1. Cook the band noodles in salted water until al dente. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Cut the tomatoes into strips. Wash the spinach, remove the tough stems, and chop it roughly. Pick the basil leaves off the stems and chop them roughly as well.
  2. 2. Fry the nuts together with the garlic in hot oil over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until slowly golden brown. Add the spinach, tomatoes, and basil and let them wilt. Toss in the drained noodles. Season with salt and pepper and serve the dish.
