  1. 1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and slice them into thick pieces.
  2. 2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add plenty of salt.
  3. 3. Cook the band noodles in this salted water for the time stated on the package until they are al dente.
  4. 4. Cut the chives into rings approximately 2 centimeters long.
  5. 5. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the chive rings to use as garnish later.
  6. 6. Put the remaining chives, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, peeled garlic, chili, parmesan, and a splash of pasta water into a blender.
  7. 7. Puree the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
  8. 8. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  9. 9. Fry the mushrooms in the hot oil until brown.
  10. 10. Add the drained noodles to the pan.
  11. 11. Toss the noodles and mushrooms well to mix them.
  12. 12. Pour the chive oil over the noodles.
  13. 13. Mix everything thoroughly together.
  14. 14. Continue tossing the pan for about another 1 minute.
  15. 15. Season the noodles with salt at the end.
  16. 16. Fill the noodles into pre-warmed bowls or plates.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the finished noodles with the reserved chive rings and serve.
