  1. 1. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Roughly chop the pine nuts.
  2. 2. Cook the band noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, as indicated on the package.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic and onions in it, add the pine nuts and toast them together. Finally, stir in the herbs and season everything with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Drain the noodles in a colander and immediately mix them in the pan with the onion-herb mixture. Serve on pre-warmed plates and grate Parmesan over the top as desired.
