🍽️ Band Noodles with Herbs

Ingredients
- 400 g Band Noodles
- Salt
- 3 small Onions
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Basil
- 1 Tbsp Chives
- 4 Tbsp Pine Nuts
- 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 75 g Parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Roughly chop the pine nuts.
- 2. Cook the band noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, as indicated on the package.
- 3. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic and onions in it, add the pine nuts and toast them together. Finally, stir in the herbs and season everything with salt and pepper.
- 4. Drain the noodles in a colander and immediately mix them in the pan with the onion-herb mixture. Serve on pre-warmed plates and grate Parmesan over the top as desired.
