🍽️ Pasta with creamy cheese sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g Band Noodles (optionally Tagliatelle)
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder (hot)
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Light Sauce Thickener
- 4 tbsp Coarsely Chopped Parsley
- 60 g Parmesan (finely Grated)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2. Cook the ribbon pasta in it until firm to the bite (al dente).
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 4. Place the garlic, paprika powder, and oil in a tall, small pot.
- 5. Blend the mixture in the pot until smooth.
- 6. Stir sour cream and milk into the garlic mixture.
- 7. Mix everything until smooth.
- 8. Heat the sauce while stirring constantly.
- 9. Stir in the thickener.
- 10. Bring the sauce to a boil once.
- 11. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 12. Add the drained pasta to the sauce.
- 13. Mix the pasta and sauce well.
- 14. Taste the sauce again.
- 15. Divide the dish among pre-warmed bowls.
- 16. Sprinkle the dish generously with Parmesan cheese.
- 17. Garnish with parsley.
- 18. Serve the dish.
