  2. 2. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
  3. 3. Peel four garlic cloves.
  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic.
  5. 5. Thoroughly wash the chili pepper.
  6. 6. Heat six tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
  7. 7. Sauté the prepared vegetables in the hot oil.
  8. 8. Add the drained tomatoes to the pan.
  9. 9. Mash the tomatoes slightly with a spoon.
  10. 10. Let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Cook the band noodles in a large pot with plenty of salted water.
  12. 12. Cook the noodles al dente (firm to the bite).
  13. 13. Peel the remaining garlic.
  14. 14. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
  15. 15. Cut the shrimp into diagonal slices.
  16. 16. The slices should be about 2 cm thick.
  17. 17. Heat the remaining olive oil in a separate pan.
  18. 18. Fry the shrimp for 2 minutes.
  19. 19. Stir the parsley into the tomato sauce.
  20. 20. Stir the pressed garlic into the tomato sauce.

  22. 22. Season the sauce with pepper to taste.
  23. 23. Drain the cooked noodles.

  25. 25. Serve the dish on pre-warmed plates.
