🍽️ Pasta with creamy Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients
- 25 g walnut kernels
- 2 sprigs sage
- 150 g green band noodles (or whole grain noodles)
- salt
- 100 ml classic vegetable broth
- 100 ml soy cream
- 50 g gorgonzola
- black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the walnuts. Toast them in a pan without oil until they turn light brown.
- 2. Rinse the sage leaves and shake them dry. Cut them into thin strips.
- 3. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
- 4. Add the walnuts, sage, broth, and soy cream to a pan. Heat the mixture while stirring.
- 5. Remove the rind from the Gorgonzola and cut the cheese into small pieces. Add them to the sauce and let them melt while stirring.
- 6. Drain the pasta and let it drip well. Mix it with the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
