🍰 Chocolate Banana Skewers

Ingredients
- 80 g vegan dark chocolate
- 50 g peanuts (unsalted)
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 small organic lime
- 4 baby bananas
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the chocolate, place it in a bowl, and melt it gently using a warm water bath or briefly in the microwave.
- 2. Finely chop the peanuts using a large knife or a food processor. Toast them together with the oil in a non-stick pan until they turn lightly brown, then let them cool down.
- 3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Peel the bananas, rub them with the lime juice, and thread them onto the skewers.
- 5. Dip half of the bananas into the melted chocolate and immediately sprinkle with the roasted peanuts. Allow the chocolate to harden and serve the skewers.
