  1. 1. Roughly chop the chocolate, place it in a bowl, and melt it gently using a warm water bath or briefly in the microwave.
  2. 2. Finely chop the peanuts using a large knife or a food processor. Toast them together with the oil in a non-stick pan until they turn lightly brown, then let them cool down.
  3. 3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Peel the bananas, rub them with the lime juice, and thread them onto the skewers.
  5. 5. Dip half of the bananas into the melted chocolate and immediately sprinkle with the roasted peanuts. Allow the chocolate to harden and serve the skewers.
