🍰 Quark Banana with Kiwi and Orange

Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 g whipping cream
- 2 bananas
- 1 kiwi
- 1 orange
- sweetener (liquid, to taste)
- 1 knife tip vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- 1. Peel the orange with a sharp knife.
- 2. Remove the white pith and the membranes from the fruit flesh.
- 3. Catch the released juice in a bowl.
- 4. Squeeze the remaining juice from the empty orange peels.
- 5. Peel the bananas.
- 6. Slice the bananas.
- 7. Mix the banana slices with the orange juice.
- 8. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 9. Fold the stiff cream with the vanilla seeds into the quark.
- 10. Set aside 12 banana slices for decoration.
- 11. Roughly chop the remaining part of the bananas.
- 12. Stir the chopped bananas into the quark.
- 13. Season the quark mixture with sweetener.
- 14. Peel the kiwi.
- 15. Halve the kiwi lengthwise.
- 16. Slice the kiwi halves.
- 17. Divide the quark banana mixture among small bowls.
- 18. Garnish the dish with the orange segments.
- 19. Garnish the dish with the kiwi slices.
- 20. Garnish the dish with the reserved banana slices.
- 21. Serve the dish immediately.
