🍽️ Homemade Cocoa Banana Truffles

Ingredients
- 200 g almond kernels
- 200 g dates (pitted)
- 60 g dried banana slices
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- cocoa powder (for rolling)
Instructions
- 1. Pour boiling water over the almonds.
- 2. Shock the nuts immediately with cold water.
- 3. Press the hot almonds out of their skins.
- 4. Place the peeled almonds on a kitchen towel.
- 5. Let the almonds dry completely for at least one hour.
- 6. Place the dried almonds, dates, bananas, and coconut flakes into a blender or food processor.
- 7. Blend all ingredients into a fine paste.
- 8. If your device is not powerful enough, process the mixture in multiple batches.
- 9. Ensure the result is a homogeneous mass.
- 10. Melt the coconut fat.
- 11. Knead the melted coconut fat thoroughly into the fruit mixture.
- 12. Form small balls from the mixture using slightly damp hands.
- 13. Roll the finished balls in cocoa powder.
