  3. 3. Beat the butter together with both types of sugar until creamy.
  4. 4. Gradually stir in the eggs into the butter-sugar mixture.
  5. 5. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. 6. Add the flour mixture to the dough and stir it in.
  7. 7. Peel the banana and mash it finely with a fork.
  8. 8. Fold the mashed banana into the dough.
  9. 9. Add the oat flakes, coconut flakes, nuts, and raisins.
  10. 10. Stir everything until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
  11. 11. Take a tablespoon of dough and form it into a small mound.
  12. 12. Place the mounds on the prepared tray with enough space between them.
  13. 13. Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
