  1. 1. Peel the three bananas.
  2. 2. Mash the bananas into a fine puree using a fork.
  3. 3. Place the banana puree into a large mixing bowl.
  4. 4. Take a separate small bowl.
  5. 5. Whisk the flour and the baking powder together in this small bowl.
  6. 6. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture in the large bowl.
  7. 7. Stir everything vigorously until a smooth batter forms.
  8. 8. Peel the remaining banana.
  9. 9. Cut this banana lengthwise into two halves.
  10. 10. Grease a baking pan.
  11. 11. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  12. 12. Place the two banana halves on top of the batter with the cut side facing up.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
  14. 14. Bake the bread for about 40 to 50 minutes.
  15. 15. Remove the bread from the oven.
  16. 16. Take the bread out of the pan.
  17. 17. Let the bread cool completely.
  18. 18. Slice the bread.
  19. 19. Serve the bread.
