🍳 Sugar-free banana bread

Ingredients
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 300 g whole wheat flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp liquid coconut oil (+ a little for the pan)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Peel the three bananas.
- 2. Mash the bananas into a fine puree using a fork.
- 3. Place the banana puree into a large mixing bowl.
- 4. Take a separate small bowl.
- 5. Whisk the flour and the baking powder together in this small bowl.
- 6. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture in the large bowl.
- 7. Stir everything vigorously until a smooth batter forms.
- 8. Peel the remaining banana.
- 9. Cut this banana lengthwise into two halves.
- 10. Grease a baking pan.
- 11. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 12. Place the two banana halves on top of the batter with the cut side facing up.
- 13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
- 14. Bake the bread for about 40 to 50 minutes.
- 15. Remove the bread from the oven.
- 16. Take the bread out of the pan.
- 17. Let the bread cool completely.
- 18. Slice the bread.
- 19. Serve the bread.
