🍳 Banana Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 whole grain roll
- 40 g low-fat quark (2 tbsp)
- 15 g hazelnuts (1 tbsp)
- 20 g dark chocolate
- 1 small banana
Instructions
- 1. Slice the rolls horizontally through the middle. Spread the bottom halves with quark. Finely chop the nuts and chocolate and sprinkle them on top.
- 2. Peel the banana and slice the flesh into rounds. Place the banana slices on the filled bottom half of the roll. Fold the roll together and pack it in a lunch box to take along.
