  1. 1. Slice the rolls horizontally through the middle. Spread the bottom halves with quark. Finely chop the nuts and chocolate and sprinkle them on top.
  2. 2. Peel the banana and slice the flesh into rounds. Place the banana slices on the filled bottom half of the roll. Fold the roll together and pack it in a lunch box to take along.
