🥤 Creamy Banana Pomelo Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 pomelo (or grapefruit)
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 physalis (cape gooseberries)
- cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Cut the banana in half.
- 2. Slice off two thick rounds with the peel.
- 3. Set the slices aside.
- 4. Peel the remaining part of the banana.
- 5. Chop the banana flesh roughly.
- 6. Cut the pomelo half open.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the pomelo.
- 8. Add the chopped banana to the blender.
- 9. Add the pomelo juice to the blender.
- 10. Add the buttermilk to the blender.
- 11. Add the honey to the blender.
- 12. Puree the mixture until creamy.
- 13. Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
- 14. Garnish the smoothie with the prepared banana slices.
- 15. Garnish the smoothie with physalis fruits.
- 16. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
