🍽️ Banana Quark Cream

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g quark
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 5 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Peel the banana and mash it into a puree using a fork. Stir in the lemon juice, quark (a type of fresh cheese), vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar. Mix everything well and gently fold in the coconut flakes at the end.
- 2. Spoon the banana quark mixture into small bowls. Sprinkle the raisins over the top and drizzle with honey to taste.
