Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 500 ml whey
- 2 tbsp sea buckthorn juice
- 1 tsp honey
- lemon balm (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the banana into bite-sized pieces and put them into the blender.
- 2. Add the whey, sea buckthorn juice, and honey, then blend everything vigorously until smooth.
- 3. Pour the drink immediately into glasses and garnish with fresh lemon balm.
