  1. 1. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice. Pour the juice into a tall glass.
  2. 2. Peel the banana. Cut off two to three slices diagonally and set them aside. Cut the rest of the banana into thick chunks and add them to the glass with the orange juice.
  3. 3. Add the carrot juice. Puree the mixture with a hand blender (a stick blender for chopping) until smooth. Fill a drinking glass with ice cubes, pour the juice over them, and garnish with the banana slices you cut off earlier.
