  1. 1. Finely chop the almonds using a large knife or a food processor. You can also grind them in a mill.
  2. 2. Place the bulgur and 100 milliliters of water in a small pot and bring to a boil. Let it swell, covered, over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add more water if necessary.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, peel the banana, place it on a small plate, and mash it finely with a fork. Stir the mashed banana into the bulgur.
  4. 4. Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit, and dice it very finely.
  5. 5. Mix the mango cubes and oil into the porridge. Divide the mixture into two portions. Store one portion well covered in the refrigerator for the next day.
