🍽️ Tasty Banana-Kiwi Jam

Ingredients
- 5 kiwis
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 150 g jam sugar (2:1 from raw cane sugar)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kiwis.
- 2. Cut the kiwis into quarters.
- 3. Place the kiwi quarters in a pot.
- 4. Peel the bananas.
- 5. Cut the bananas into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Add the banana pieces to the pot as well.
- 7. Add the lemon juice.
- 8. Add the jam sugar.
- 9. Stir everything well so the sugar covers the fruit.
- 10. Wait until the fruit starts to release juice.
- 11. Puree the kiwis and bananas finely with a hand blender.
- 12. Bring the fruit mixture to a boil over high heat while stirring constantly.
- 13. Reduce the heat to medium.
- 14. Let the jam simmer bubbling for about 3 minutes.
- 15. Stir occasionally while cooking.
- 16. Fill the hot jam into clean jars.
- 17. Seal the jars with lids.
- 18. Place the sealed jars upside down for a few minutes.
- 19. Then turn the jars right side up.
- 20. Let the jam cool down completely.
- 21. Place the cooled jam in the refrigerator.
