  2. 2. Cut the kiwis into quarters.
  3. 3. Place the kiwi quarters in a pot.
  4. 4. Peel the bananas.
  5. 5. Cut the bananas into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6. Add the banana pieces to the pot as well.
  7. 7. Add the lemon juice.
  8. 8. Add the jam sugar.
  9. 9. Stir everything well so the sugar covers the fruit.
  10. 10. Wait until the fruit starts to release juice.
  11. 11. Puree the kiwis and bananas finely with a hand blender.
  12. 12. Bring the fruit mixture to a boil over high heat while stirring constantly.
  13. 13. Reduce the heat to medium.
  14. 14. Let the jam simmer bubbling for about 3 minutes.
  15. 15. Stir occasionally while cooking.
  16. 16. Fill the hot jam into clean jars.
  17. 17. Seal the jars with lids.
  18. 18. Place the sealed jars upside down for a few minutes.
  19. 19. Then turn the jars right side up.
  20. 20. Let the jam cool down completely.
  21. 21. Place the cooled jam in the refrigerator.
