  1. 1. Peel the bananas.
  2. 2. Cut the bananas into coarse pieces.
  3. 3. Place the banana pieces and the almond drink in a tall container.
  4. 4. Puree the mixture with a hand blender until it forms a smooth mass.
  5. 5. Coarsely chop the cherries.
  6. 6. Coarsely chop the pumpkin seeds.
  7. 7. Place the oat flakes in a large bowl.
  8. 8. Add the flour to the bowl.
  9. 9. Add the coconut flakes to the bowl.
  10. 10. Add the chopped cherries to the bowl.
  11. 11. Add the pumpkin seeds to the bowl.
  12. 12. Add the cinnamon to the bowl.
  13. 13. Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
  14. 14. Mix all dry ingredients in the bowl well together.
  15. 15. Add the banana puree to the bowl.
  16. 16. Add the oil to the bowl.
  17. 17. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  18. 18. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  19. 19. Spread the dough on the tray.
  20. 20. Ensure the dough is about 1 cm high.
  21. 21. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (convection 140 °C; gas: mark 2).
  22. 22. Place the baking tray on the lower rack.
  23. 23. Bake the sheet for 1 hour.
  24. 24. Remove the muesli sheet from the oven.
  25. 25. Cut the sheet directly on the tray into 12 bars using a sharp knife.
  26. 26. The bars should be approx. 4 x 10 cm each.
  27. 27. Reduce the oven temperature to 100 °C (convection 80 °C; gas: mark 1).
  28. 28. Dry the bars in the oven for another 30 minutes.
  29. 29. Remove the bars from the oven.
  30. 30. Let the bars cool completely on the tray.
