🍽️ Chocolate Banana Caramel Tart

Ingredients
- 300 g whole grain oat cookies
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 g butter
- 300 g Medjool dates
- 300 ml water
- 2 tbsp white almond butter
- 2 pin vanilla powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 bananas
- 100 ml whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Place the cookies in a freezer bag.
- 2. Crush the cookies into small pieces using a rolling pin.
- 3. Mix the cookie crumbs with the coconut flakes and cocoa powder.
- 4. Melt the butter.
- 5. Stir the melted butter into the crumb mixture.
- 6. Press the mixture firmly into the pan.
- 7. Ensure that the bottom and the sides are covered.
- 8. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- 9. Pit the dates.
- 10. Put the dates, water, almond butter, vanilla powder, and a pinch of salt into the mixer.
- 11. Puree the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- 12. Peel the bananas.
- 13. Slice the bananas.
- 14. Arrange the banana slices on the chilled chocolate base.
- 15. Spread the date caramel cream evenly over the bananas.
- 16. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 17. Fill the cream into a piping bag.
- 18. Pipe small dollops of cream onto the tart.
- 19. Dust the dessert with cocoa powder if desired.
