Ingredients
- 20 g Rice flakes (3 tbsp)
- 100 g Bananas
- 2.5 g Deoiled cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix the rice flakes with 100 milliliters of water in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a brief boil while stirring constantly. Let the porridge simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, then remove it from the heat and set it aside.
- 2. Peel the banana and mash the fruit thoroughly on a plate using a fork. Fold the mashed banana into the rice flakes porridge.
- 3. Add the cocoa powder and oil, then stir everything carefully until you have a uniform mixture. Let the porridge cool down until it is only lukewarm before serving.
