  1. 1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. 2. Scoop the flesh out of the skin.
  3. 3. Mash the flesh with a fork until smooth.
  4. 4. Stir in the lemon juice.
  5. 5. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  7. 7. Cut the bananas into about four pieces.
  8. 8. Ensure each piece is about five centimeters long.
  9. 9. Pour plenty of oil into a pan and heat it.
  10. 10. Add the banana pieces to the hot oil.
  11. 11. Fry the bananas for a few minutes.
  12. 12. Turn them until they turn light brown.
  13. 13. Place a slice of banana in a lemon press.
  14. 14. Squeeze it together to form a small basket.
  15. 15. Swirl the small banana skins briefly in the hot oil.
  16. 16. Keep them warm in the oven.
  17. 17. Wash the shrimp.
  18. 18. Clean the shrimp.
  19. 19. Fry them in the remaining oil in the pan.
  20. 20. Press the garlic into the pan.
  21. 21. Fry everything for about three minutes.
  22. 22. Take the banana cups out of the oven.
  23. 23. Place some avocado mash on them.
  24. 24. Top each with a shrimp.
  25. 25. Garnish with coriander.
  26. 26. Serve the bites immediately.
