🍽️ Crispy Banana Shells with Shrimp and Avocado Cream

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 plantains (or green bananas)
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 8 large shrimp
- 1 clove of garlic
- cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- 2. Scoop the flesh out of the skin.
- 3. Mash the flesh with a fork until smooth.
- 4. Stir in the lemon juice.
- 5. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 7. Cut the bananas into about four pieces.
- 8. Ensure each piece is about five centimeters long.
- 9. Pour plenty of oil into a pan and heat it.
- 10. Add the banana pieces to the hot oil.
- 11. Fry the bananas for a few minutes.
- 12. Turn them until they turn light brown.
- 13. Place a slice of banana in a lemon press.
- 14. Squeeze it together to form a small basket.
- 15. Swirl the small banana skins briefly in the hot oil.
- 16. Keep them warm in the oven.
- 17. Wash the shrimp.
- 18. Clean the shrimp.
- 19. Fry them in the remaining oil in the pan.
- 20. Press the garlic into the pan.
- 21. Fry everything for about three minutes.
- 22. Take the banana cups out of the oven.
- 23. Place some avocado mash on them.
- 24. Top each with a shrimp.
- 25. Garnish with coriander.
- 26. Serve the bites immediately.
