Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 20 g peanut butter (1 tbsp)
- 250 ml unsweetened almond drink (almond milk)
- 50 g dark chocolate (100 % cocoa without sugar)
- 5 g coconut oil (1 tsp)
- 30 g peanuts (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces, and blend everything together with the peanut butter and almond milk until smooth.
- 2. Pour the mixture into six ice pop molds, secure the lids, insert the wooden sticks, and freeze for at least four hours.
- 3. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of hot water (bain-marie). Stir in the coconut oil and finely chop the peanuts.
- 4. Hold the ice molds under warm water for a moment to loosen the ice, then gently pull out the ice pop sticks.
- 5. Dip the tip of each ice pop briefly into the melted chocolate, remove it, and immediately sprinkle with the chopped peanuts. Serve right away or freeze again until ready to eat.
