🍰 Banana Peanut Butter Brownie

Ingredients
- 450 g ice-cold bananas (3 medium bananas)
- 120 g peanut butter
- 65 g cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and chop them roughly. Put them in a blender together with the peanut butter and 60 grams of cocoa powder. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
- 2. Pour the batter into a baking pan (grease the pan only if it is not non-stick). Bake the brownie at 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat (160 degrees Celsius fan-forced or gas mark 2-3) for 20 minutes.
- 3. Take the brownie out of the oven and let it cool down completely. Carefully turn it out of the pan. Serve it as desired with a light dusting of cocoa powder.
