  2. 2. Cut the bananas into large chunks.
  3. 3. Drizzle some lemon juice over the banana chunks.
  4. 4. Place the banana chunks in a freezer bag.
  5. 5. Freeze the bananas until you need them for the recipe.
  6. 6. Carefully wash the strawberries in cold water.
  7. 7. Remove the green tops from the strawberries.
  8. 8. Slice two strawberries into rounds.
  9. 9. Set the strawberry slices aside.
  10. 10. Roughly chop the remaining strawberries.
  11. 11. Add the roughly chopped strawberries to a blender.
  12. 12. Add the frozen banana chunks to the blender.
  13. 13. Add the honey to the blender.
  14. 14. Pour half of the soy drink into the blender.
  15. 15. Puree all ingredients in the blender.
  16. 16. Add the remaining soy drink to the blender.
  17. 17. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
  18. 18. Pour the finished smoothie into chilled glasses.
  19. 19. Garnish the smoothie with the reserved strawberry slices.
  20. 20. Serve the smoothie immediately.
