  2. 2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until they form a fine puree using a fork.
  3. 3. Add the egg, almond butter, oil, and sugar to the bowl.
  4. 4. Stir the ingredients well together with the bananas.
  5. 5. Take a second bowl.
  6. 6. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla in it.
  7. 7. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
  8. 8. Stir everything until you have a smooth and thick batter.
  9. 9. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  10. 10. Gently fold the walnuts and chocolate chips into the batter.
  11. 11. Line a square baking pan with baking paper.
  12. 12. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  14. 14. Bake the blondies for 25 to 30 minutes.
  15. 15. Make sure the surface turns golden brown.
  16. 16. Insert a wooden skewer into the center.
  17. 17. The blondies are done when the skewer comes out clean.
