🥤 Fruity Banana and Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 300 g grapefruit (1 grapefruit)
- 300 g ripe bananas (2 ripe bananas)
- 500 g red currants
- 1 tsp barley grass (powder)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the grapefruit in half and squeeze out the juice. Pour the juice into a blender.
- 2. Peel the bananas and slice the fruit. Add the slices to the blender as well.
- 3. Wash the currants and let them drain. Pick out two nice clusters and set them aside.
- 4. Remove the remaining berries from the stems and add them to the blender. Add barley grass powder and ice cubes. Blend everything well, pour the smoothie into two glasses, and garnish with the reserved currant clusters.
