🍽️ Warm Millet Banana Berry Porridge

Ingredients
- 20 g millet flakes (2 tbsp)
- 50 g ripe bananas (0.5 small banana)
- 50 g mixed berries (3 tbsp)
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Pour 125 milliliters of water and the millet flakes into a small pot.
- 2. Place the pot on the stove and set the heat to low.
- 3. Stir the mixture constantly until it starts to boil.
- 4. Let the porridge simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
- 5. Remove the pot from the stove and set it aside.
- 6. Peel the banana.
- 7. Cut the banana into small cubes.
- 8. Rinse the berries under running water.
- 9. Pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 10. Remove any hard stems or leaves from the berries.
- 11. Cut very large berries in half or quarters.
- 12. Add the banana pieces and the berries to the pot with the millet.
- 13. Mash the ingredients together with a fork to form a porridge.
- 14. Optionally puree the mixture briefly with a hand blender for a smooth texture.
- 15. Stir the oil into the finished porridge.
- 16. Serve the porridge lukewarm.
