🍳 Banana-Pineapple Bread

Ingredients
- 150 g fresh pineapple
- 2 slices whole grain bread (60g each)
- 10 g butter
- 80 g quark (20% fat in dry matter)
- 2 bananas
- 2 tsp red jelly
- lemon balm (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pineapple into very small pieces or grate it finely.
- 2. Spread the whole grain breads with a mixture of butter and quark. Peel the bananas and slice them. Arrange the banana and pineapple slices on the quark and top with some jelly. Serve the bread garnished with fresh lemon balm leaves.
