Ingredients
- 2 plantain bananas
- vegetable oil (for deep frying)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds about 1 centimeter thick.
- 2. Fry the slices in batches in hot oil (approx. 170°C) for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. Drain the finished chips on kitchen paper and serve them immediately.
