🍽️ Schnitzel with Balsamic Honey Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 Schnitzel (Veal)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Whole wheat flour (for dredging the Schnitzel)
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 150 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 50 g Butter (very cold)
Instructions
- 1. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper. Lightly coat them in flour. Fry the schnitzels in rapeseed oil in a pan over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 2. Remove the schnitzels from the pan. Deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar and stir in the honey. Let the sauce simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
- 3. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the butter with a whisk until melted. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the schnitzels drizzled with the warm balsamic sauce.
