  1. 1. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper. Lightly coat them in flour. Fry the schnitzels in rapeseed oil in a pan over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. 2. Remove the schnitzels from the pan. Deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar and stir in the honey. Let the sauce simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the butter with a whisk until melted. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the schnitzels drizzled with the warm balsamic sauce.
