Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 100 ml Aceto balsamico
- 300 ml olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the egg, mustard, and balsamic vinegar vigorously with a wire whisk until well combined.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and press the minced garlic directly into the egg and vinegar mixture.
- 3. Slowly pour in the olive oil while stirring to emulsify the sauce. Finally, season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
