  1. 1. Place the oats in a large bowl and pour 400 milliliters of boiling water over them. Add a pinch of salt, stir everything well, and let the mixture swell for ten minutes.
  2. 2. In the meantime, roughly chop the walnuts and wash the berries. Add the almond milk, vanilla seeds, walnuts, and berries to the oats and stir everything well.
  3. 3. Brush a baking dish (approx. 26 x 20 cm) with the melted coconut oil and spread the oat-berry mixture inside. Drizzle everything with honey and bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C (convection 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for approx. 20–25 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve the finished baked oats hot. Garnish with Greek yogurt and fresh berries as desired.
