Ingredients
- 200 g Oats
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Walnuts (or other nuts)
- 200 g Berries
- 180 ml Almond drink (Almond milk)
- 1 Vanilla pod (Pulp)
- 5 g Coconut oil (1 tsp; melted)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Greek yogurt (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Place the oats in a large bowl and pour 400 milliliters of boiling water over them. Add a pinch of salt, stir everything well, and let the mixture swell for ten minutes.
- 2. In the meantime, roughly chop the walnuts and wash the berries. Add the almond milk, vanilla seeds, walnuts, and berries to the oats and stir everything well.
- 3. Brush a baking dish (approx. 26 x 20 cm) with the melted coconut oil and spread the oat-berry mixture inside. Drizzle everything with honey and bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C (convection 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for approx. 20–25 minutes.
- 4. Serve the finished baked oats hot. Garnish with Greek yogurt and fresh berries as desired.
