  1. 1. Pour hot water over the oats.
  2. 2. Let the oats soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Wash the apple thoroughly.
  4. 4. Remove the core from the apple.
  5. 5. Grate the apple finely.
  6. 6. Wash the berries.
  7. 7. Pat the berries dry.
  8. 8. Remove the stems from the berries if necessary.
  9. 9. Mix the soaked oats with the grated apple.
  10. 10. Stir the peanut butter into the oat mixture.
  11. 11. Add the almonds.
  12. 12. Take 50 grams of the berries (about one handful).
  13. 13. Fold these berries into the oat mixture.
  14. 14. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
  15. 15. Pour in a splash of almond or oat milk.
  16. 16. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  17. 17. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
  18. 18. Bake the dish for 20 minutes.
  19. 19. Take the remaining berries.
  20. 20. Add the chia seeds to the remaining berries.
  21. 21. Add the rest of the maple syrup.
  22. 22. Heat the mixture in a pan over medium heat.
  23. 23. Cook the berries until soft to make a compote.
  24. 24. Portion the baked oats into bowls or onto plates.
  25. 25. Add the warm compote.
  26. 26. Add plant-based yogurt.
  27. 27. Serve the breakfast immediately.
