🍳 Vegan Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 100 g Oatmeal
- 1 Apple
- 200 g Strawberries (or Raspberries)
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 50 g finely chopped Almonds
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 5 tbsp Almond or Oat Drink (Oat Milk)
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Pour hot water over the oats.
- 2. Let the oats soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
- 3. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the core from the apple.
- 5. Grate the apple finely.
- 6. Wash the berries.
- 7. Pat the berries dry.
- 8. Remove the stems from the berries if necessary.
- 9. Mix the soaked oats with the grated apple.
- 10. Stir the peanut butter into the oat mixture.
- 11. Add the almonds.
- 12. Take 50 grams of the berries (about one handful).
- 13. Fold these berries into the oat mixture.
- 14. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
- 15. Pour in a splash of almond or oat milk.
- 16. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- 17. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
- 18. Bake the dish for 20 minutes.
- 19. Take the remaining berries.
- 20. Add the chia seeds to the remaining berries.
- 21. Add the rest of the maple syrup.
- 22. Heat the mixture in a pan over medium heat.
- 23. Cook the berries until soft to make a compote.
- 24. Portion the baked oats into bowls or onto plates.
- 25. Add the warm compote.
- 26. Add plant-based yogurt.
- 27. Serve the breakfast immediately.
