🍳 Blackberry Oat Bake

Ingredients
- 100 g fine oat flakes
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 45 g walnuts (3 tbsp)
- 200 g blackberries
- 200 g Hokkaido pumpkin (1/4 Hokkaido pumpkin)
- 1 apple
- 180 ml oat drink (oat milk)
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
Instructions
- 1. Place the oats in a large bowl.
- 2. Pour 200 milliliters of boiling water over the oats.
- 3. Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon.
- 4. Stir the ingredients well.
- 5. Let the mixture swell for ten minutes.
- 6. Roughly chop the walnuts.
- 7. Wash the blackberries.
- 8. Wash the Hokkaido pumpkin.
- 9. Remove the inside of the pumpkin.
- 10. Grate the pumpkin finely.
- 11. Wash the apple.
- 12. Halve the apple.
- 13. Remove the core.
- 14. Grate the apple finely.
- 15. Add the oat drink to the oats.
- 16. Add the walnuts.
- 17. Add the blackberries.
- 18. Add the grated apple.
- 19. Add the grated pumpkin.
- 20. Stir everything well.
- 21. Brush a baking dish with the dimensions 26 x 20 centimeters with the melted coconut oil.
- 22. Spread the oat and blackberry mixture in the dish.
- 23. Drizzle the mixture with honey.
- 24. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
- 25. Bake the bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
