🥤 Crispy prawns on baguette with tea quark cream

Ingredients
- 14 large shrimp (kitchen-ready peeled)
- 2 tsp black tea
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 300 g quark
- salt
- pepper
- 1 baguette
Instructions
- 1. Pour boiling water over the tea bag.
- 2. Let the tea steep for one minute.
- 3. Immediately strain the tea liquid through a sieve.
- 4. Take two-thirds of the drained tea leaves and chop them finely.
- 5. Mix the chopped tea leaves with the quark.
- 6. Season the quark mixture with salt and pepper.
- 7. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
- 9. Cut off the hard ends of the baguette.
- 10. Slice the rest of the bread diagonally.
- 11. Make sure you get a total of 14 slices.
- 12. Spread the tea quark cream evenly over the baguette slices.
- 13. Sprinkle a little salt on the prepared slices.
- 14. Fry the prawns in oil until crispy.
- 15. Let the prawns cool down briefly.
- 16. Roll the cooled prawns in the remaining tea infusion.
- 17. Place the prawns on the prepared bread.
- 18. Serve the rolls lukewarm or cold.
