  3. 3. Immediately strain the tea liquid through a sieve.
  4. 4. Take two-thirds of the drained tea leaves and chop them finely.
  5. 5. Mix the chopped tea leaves with the quark.
  6. 6. Season the quark mixture with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Whip the cream until stiff.
  8. 8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
  9. 9. Cut off the hard ends of the baguette.
  10. 10. Slice the rest of the bread diagonally.
  11. 11. Make sure you get a total of 14 slices.
