🍽️ Cream Cheese Baguettes

Ingredients
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (finely diced)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 200 g smoked salmon (finely diced)
- 50 g gherkins (finely diced)
- 2 tbsp chopped dill tips
- 1 baguette
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp horseradish (freshly grated or from a jar)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- salt
- pepper (from a mill)
- freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Slice the baguette lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through.
- 2. Remove the bread inside and mash it together with the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
- 3. Fill the baguette with the prepared mixture, press it back together, and slice it for serving.
