🍽️ Bagels with creamy mackerel and fresh greens

Ingredients
- 80 g smoked mackerel fillet
- 50 g cream cheese (with herbs)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- pepper (from the mill)
- 12 leaves baby spinach
- 8 leaves arugula
- 4 bagels
Instructions
- 1. Remove the skin from the mackerel fillet and shred the fish into small pieces. Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mash everything together with a fork until a smooth cream forms. Season the mixture with some pepper.
- 2. Wash the spinach and arugula and pat them dry gently with kitchen paper. Cut the bagels in half and toast them lightly. Spread the mackerel cream onto the bottom halves of the bagels. Top them with the spinach and arugula. Place the top bagel halves on top decoratively.
